A Different Approach To Healing.
Therapy that goes deeper than coping strategies and surface-level support. Heidi Hill brings over 20 years of specialized clinical experience to virtual therapy for adults ready for real, lasting change — not just another place to talk about problems.
Clarity First
We quickly identify what’s keeping you stuck and where past approaches may have fallen short.
Focused Change
We use a structured, targeted approach designed to create meaningful progress—without long-term, open-ended therapy.

A More Grounded Approach To Therapy.
Many clients begin noticing meaningful shifts within the first several sessions. Some approaches, including ART, are designed to support real progress in 8 sessions or less when clinically appropriate. Sessions are held virtually from a private, relaxed office designed for focused therapeutic work. You may occasionally see a therapy dog quietly in the background.
About
Heidi Hill is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in emergency psychiatric care, inpatient and outpatient addiction treatment, military mental health services including the U.S. Army, employee assistance programs, and telehealth practice. She holds a Master of Social Work from Cleveland State University, licensure in Georgia, Ohio, and New York, and is currently completing a PhD in Human Sexuality with a focus on transgender behavioral health. She founded Coastal Mind & Body to offer something different: private-pay virtual therapy that is focused, evidence-based, and built around meaningful progress. Her clinical work centers on trauma, anxiety, OCD, addiction and recovery, perimenopause and hormonal mental health, maternal mental health, and LGBTQ+ affirming care — with a particular interest in identifying when symptoms labeled as mental health concerns have medical, hormonal, or nervous system roots. Heidi is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and holds certification as a Sex Therapist. Her leadership background includes serving as a Clinical Director, with experience in supervision, program development, and multidisciplinary team leadership. Beyond direct client care, she presents at regional and national conferences and leads Coastal Empire Continuing Education Institute — offering CEU trainings designed to sharpen how clinicians approach differential diagnosis, co-occurring conditions, and the intersection of medical and mental health. Her approach is direct, warm, and grounded in two decades of real clinical experience across populations and settings most therapists never encounter.
