Person experiencing calm and peace during mental wellness moment

Heal faster with Accelerated Resolution Therapy.

Virtual therapy is designed to help reduce anxiety, trauma-related distress, and emotional pain in fewer sessions using an evidence-based approach.

How it works

Accelerated Resolution Therapy explained.

What is Accelerated Resolution Therapy? ART is a structured, evidence-based therapy approach designed to help the brain process distressing memories, reactions, and emotional patterns in a more adaptive way. Rather than relying only on traditional talk therapy, it uses a guided process to reduce the emotional intensity connected to painful experiences while helping clients stay grounded and in control. Many people find that as distress decreases, they can think more clearly, feel calmer in their bodies, and respond differently to situations that once felt overwhelming. Sessions are available for clients located in Georgia and Ohio.

What to expect in an ART session.

ART is a structured, guided therapy that uses bilateral stimulation, imagery, and a process called voluntary image replacement to help reduce distress. It is not hypnosis, and you remain fully aware and in control throughout the session. You help guide the pace, and you do not have to talk through every detail of what happened for the work to be effective. Much of the process happens internally, using imagery and creativity to help the brain respond to difficult experiences in a new way.

Lasting Change.

Many individuals report meaningful shifts such as: *fewer intrusive thoughts, nightmares, or flashbacks. *reduced anxiety and physical reactivity. *improved sleep. *greater emotional steadiness. *more confidence in situations that once felt triggering. * stronger sense of separation of past experiences and present safety. ART is a structured, efficient approach designed to help you stay grounded throughout the process. Sessions are intentional, contained, and carefully paced so that emotional intensity can decrease without feeling overwhelming.
